Using Background Images
As you can see, background images add texture or special effects to the backgrounds of Web pages such as this one. The Web browsers that support background images automatically tile the image so it fills in the entire background of the Web page. Again, it is important to keep these files small.

However, you also can see that the transparent background continues to display the blue background color of this page and the previous page. To get around this, use the Body Attributes command in the Format menu to choose a background color that approximates the color of your background image.

Note: Be sure to Click the Reload button
on the menu bar after the page loads so that the change in the background color takes affect.
